When the size of the plating part is small and the batch is large, it is reasonable and economical to use the rolling plating method. Compared with hanging plating, rolling plating has the following advantages.

1 Save working hours, save labor, and have high production efficiency.

2 Rolling can sometimes improve the quality of the coating, because the continuous rolling of the workpiece is equivalent to strong stirring, which can make the surface of the plating part detached early, prevent impurities from adhesion and make the coating bright.

According to the output of workpiece products, a hand-push rolling plating production line can be adopted. The equipment input cost is low, and the daily output is 10-20 tons.

The fully automatic production line can meet the demand for high-yield workpieces, with a daily output of 50-200 tons.
