Description of Process Flow
After the exhaust gas is led out from the fan, it first enters the acid mist exhaust gas purification tower. The alkaline washing liquid in the absorption tower is pumped from the circulating pump to the tower and sprayed down by the nozzle of the tower. The acid mist exhaust gas rises in reverse flow and contacts the gas and liquid in the tower. A series of physical and chemical reactions occur, and mass transfer process occurs due to the concentration difference, thus completing the process of purifying the gas. The purified exhaust gas is dehydrated and discharged to the standard after passing through the exhaust pipe. Circulating liquid is regularly discharged to sewage treatment
